š³HOW TO PREVENT FOOD FROM STICKINGš³ |
1. PREHEAT |
Preheat for 2 to 3 minutes using low to medium heat. Tip: Splatter a bit of water onto the surface of the pan - it should pill when your pan is properly preheated. |
2. ADD FAT |
For stickier foods, use butter or oil to help prevent sticking. |
3. NO AEROSOL! š« |
Do not use Aerosol spray as this creates a buildup that can lead to sticking over time. |
4. DEEP CLEAN |
These pans are dishwasher safe, but we recommend using a soft nonstick-safe sponge and warm soapy water for regular cleaning to maximize the life of your nonstick coating. For those possible stubborn spots, use a melamine sponge or boil a 1:1 mixture of baking soda and white vinegar, then scrape off with a soft spatula. Tip: Certain more colorful foods can cause staining on the cooking surface of your pan. Boiling water or frying an egg with oil can sometimes help to remove some of the discoloration. |
