The bottles are car cupholder compatible. In order to know for sure, it is best to measure your cupholder. The 18oz bottle base diameter is 2.95 inches and the 24oz diameter is 3.15 inches.
Does the rubber gasket (o-ring) on the lid need to be taken off for cleaning? if so, does it slip into place easily?
Yes, the gaskets are removable for cleaning. There are tabs on them that make them easy to remove and reinstall. Make sure when you install them, the tabs are sitting flush in the bottle. If the tabs are stuck up perpendicular to the bottle, they have been inserted incorrectly.
Can you drink with out removing the lid?
You do not need to take the whole lid off to drink. The bottle is designed to drink out of the smaller spout underneath the cap. This design helps to prevent the loss of CO2.
Is it easy to clean?
Wash before initial use. After each use, wash all parts in warm, soapy water. Use only mild dish soap to clean—no bleach. For thorough cleaning, remove gaskets from the cap; clean and dry before reinstalling. Dry the bottle completely before storing it, and store it with the cap removed. Do not use abrasive cleaners; they may dull the super-polished finish which may impact your carbonation retention.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The product is dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended to maintain the best finish on your bottle.
Do these bottles work with brands other than Ninja?
Yes, the bottle should be your go-to bottle for any beverage! The 24 oz bottle should fit under anything that is higher than 211mm tall. The 18 oz bottle should fit under anything that is higher than 200 mm tall. Do not carbonate inside of the bottle, only pour already carbonated beverages inside.
What type of material is the bottle made of?
The lid of the bottle is made with BPA free plastic. The body of the bottle is made of 18/8 food grade stainless steel.
Can you use hot liquids?
The bottle will keep liquids warm for 10 hours. It is safe to use with hot liquids, however caution must be used as the contents can flow out quickly. TIP: In order to get the best performance, you can pre-heat your bottle with hot water. Dump that hot water out and then input your hot beverage.
Can you use cold liquids? If so, how long does it keep my beverage cold?
The bottle is optimized for cold liquids. It will keep liquids cold for 24 hours. TIP: In order to get the best performance, you can pre-chill your bottle with ice-cold water. Dump that cold water out and then input your cold beverage. Using ice will also extend the cold capabilities of your bottle.

How tall are the bottles?
The 24oz bottle is 211 millimeters tall without the lid. With the lid it is 254.8mm.
The 18oz bottle is 200 millimeters tall without the lid. With the lid it is 243.8mm.
Do you HAVE TO to fill the bottles up to the line for good carbonation?
There is no fill line inside the bottle but for best carbonation performance, please fill the bottle all the way to the top of the rated oz (24oz or 18oz). Headspace is a major contributor to carbonation loss, therefore the less liquid you have in the bottle, the quicker it will go flat.
Does this product also work on other types of beverages such as wine ?
Yes, you can put any type of beverage in the bottle. Yes, because the bottle is constructed of 18/8 food-safe stainless steel, there is no issue when drinking wine from it. DO NOT use containers for storage of food and perishables. Contents should not be left in a container for longer than 24 hours. However, the rate at which contents spoil depends on several factors. Certain contents that include dairy or tomato may start to spoil sooner, for example.
Does this bottle carbonate beverages?
No, the bottle does not add carbonation to beverages, it is designed to preserve carbonation rather than add carbonation.
Is the chug cap removable?

My bottle will not open, what should I do?

What is the dot on the lid underneath the hinge?
This bottle is designed with a safety release valve in place to enable pressure to escape in the unlikely occurrence that there is excessive pressure build-up in the bottle. The dot on the lid protects the pressure release valve from getting any debris in it.
Can I use this bottle for alcohol?
