If the unit runs out of water before the timer shows 0:00, the unit will pause and display "ADD WTR". Add water to the cooking pot. The unit will bring it to a boil and the timer will continue where it left off.

1. Dab the area that has water or suds with a paper towel & place on drying rack over night
2. Cooking will cause the water to evaporate
Why is there a popping/crackling sound coming from the lid when cooking?
Two things can happen that can cause this noise:
1. Moisture can get trapped between the glass and the stainless steel rim around the glass and cause a popping/crackling/hissing sound. This is normal and will not affect cooking performance.
2. As the lid heats up and the glass and stainless steel start to expand slightly, rubbing can occur from the thermal expansion and create a noise. There is no need for concern.
