SharkNinja’s 90-day return policy applies only to special offers available on Infomercial orders. All other purchases made online or through call centers would fall under our 60-day money back guarantee. Unless otherwise stated, applicable purchases made directly from SharkNinja Operating LLC, online or through our call centers, may be returned within 90 days of receipt of the product for a full refund of the purchase price (less applicable shipping, handling and restocking fees). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise the 90-day money back guarantee by following the instructions below:
How To Return An Item
- You may return an item within 90 days of receipt of the product by initiating a return on our RETURNS PORTAL or by contacting our customer service center to request a pre-paid label for your return by calling us at 1-800-365-0135.
- Ship your returned item to the address provided on your pre-paid shipping label and appropriate packaging.
- You will receive a refund to the original form of payment once your return has been received at our returns processing facility. Refunds can take up to 5-7 days once returned items have been received. This time is determined by the payment provider or card issuer.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, altered or showing malicious physical damage will not be accepted for return. Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
You may be charged for shipping, handling and a 10% restocking fee, which may be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For PayPal Orders: In the event that the PayPal account used to place the order has been closed or is unable to receive funds, we will issue a bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.
